The <a href="http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/wrthofnino" rel="nofollow">MyFitness Pal</a> records all my calorie intake/expenditures, and the <a href="http://www.dailymile.com/people/wrthofnino?utm_medium=api&utm_source=training_widget" rel="nofollow">Daily Mile</a> records my cardio (specifically my biking)... love playing with the both! glad you liked the videos, had an old friend point them out to me awhile ago, still working through the 90ish episodes he web-posted at the website I linked... some hilarious ones and some dumb ones, but that is, of course, the way of most things posted on the Internet ;) Have a great day man! thanks!
